Our approach to tourism experience development mirrors that of product development. We work alongside you the client to surface ideas, test and refine them. Ultimately we can work with you to bring them to market, helping your tourism business’ capacity to grow turnover and attract visitors.
We have a strong track record delivering tourism experience development programmes. This includes extensive work with Fermanagh Omagh District Council. We developed new experiences with industry providers and built and supported clusters with the aim of creating fresh, innovative tourism offerings.
In the private sector, we have partnered with established, world-renowned brands to create new tourism product offerings. Our work with Belleek Pottery is a strong example of how a well-known brand can be developed into a compelling visitor experience.
We have also worked with accommodation providers to develop, package and market experiences, events and offerings that align with and support their wider tourism plan We can help you, just like many others, stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Tourism Feasibility Studies
We have a proven track record in delivering feasibility studies that translate into real capital investment. Our work doesn’t stop at the desk, many of the projects we have worked on have lead to bricks, mortar and businesses that have opened their doors to visitors and thrived. If you have a need for someone to conduct a tourism experience feasibility study, we can help.
At Trivia House in Swanlinbar, Co. Cavan, a former community building has been transformed into hostel and glamping accommodation. Rose Cottage, in the village of Garrison, Co. Fermanagh, tells a different but equally important story. It is a purpose-built holiday accommodation designed for families with members with identified needs. Specifically for families with children on the autistic spectrum, addressing an under-served but significant gap in the tourism market.
Experiential Tourism
More recently, in 2024, we were appointed as the delivery agent for Slow Adventure experience development for Leitrim Tourism. We worked closely with small, independent local businesses across the county. We used our tourism experience development plans to create authentic experiences. These all celebrated the landscape, pace, and character of rural Leitrim in some way. From storyboarding and producing compelling video and photo assets, to managing social media channels, we were able to deliver an end-to-end tourism marketing service.
This kind of hands-on, place-based approach is what sets us apart as a tourism marketing consultant in Ireland. We understand that great rural tourism is built on your authentic stories, genuine community partnerships, and a deep respect for place.
Community Tourism
Also in 2024, we were appointed as tourism development consultant for the Community Wetlands Forum and their Peatlands Community Project. This was an exciting initiative working with five local communities to develop a cohesive and sustainable tourism action plan. This project reflects our ongoing commitment to rural tourism development that is community-led, environmentally conscious, and built to last. To learn more about community tourism click here.
